Chrome Browser Extension Guide
A step-by-step guide to installing and configuring the Crafty Clicks extension for Chrome.
Our browser extension currently supports the following platforms.
- Odoo & Odoo POS
- Salesforce Classic
First, you need to sign up for a Crafty Clicks account.
When you sign up, you will receive an access token by email. There is no obligation to buy anything and you automatically get 100 trial lookups. If you need more lookups to test the integration, please get in touch (email@example.com) and we will try to accommodate you.
You can find our Chrome extension in the Chrome Web Store.
Find the ‘Crafty Clicks’ extension in the store, then click ‘Add to Chrome’.
In Chrome, go to Settings Extensions. Find the newly installed Crafty Clicks extension, then click on Options.
Select the configuration page from the menu on the left. Here you can enter your access token, then click save.
Select ‘Available Integrations’ and choose the platform you are using. You will then be able to enable or disable the module. You can also choose the integration type – either Address Auto-Complete or UK Postcode Lookup.
Please note that Address Auto-Complete is currently only available for Shopify. Postcode Lookup is available for all platforms.
Click on Save to save your changes.
Once enabled, the settings for this platform are easily accessible from the menu.
Before you go live, test the integration to make sure it is working properly.
For the Postcode Lookup integration only, we have the following free postcodes for testing: AA1 1AA, AA1 1AB, AA1 1AD and AA1 1AE.
If you need assistance, drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org – we will help!
