Russell Jones
Chief Executive Officer
I lead the growing Fetchify team and keep one eye on ensuring we deliver a great service today, and my other eye on evolving customer needs and new product ideas. It’s a really exciting space. I joined Fetchify in November 2019, following 20 years in senior tech and innovation roles.
Outside of work I like to do yoga with my children, who are a tad more flexible than me!
Tracey Moir
Head of Customer Success
I spend my time talking with customers, answering their questions and making
recommendations on how to get the most value from our products. I really enjoy it. I’ve been
with Fetchify for 5 years, so it’s safe to say it’s going well! My background before this was 10
years in other tech companies.
My desk is surrounded by ‘Game of Thrones’ figurines and hopefully we can soon say ‘Winter has
passed’ and get back to normal business life.

I was originally a stray dog until Adam (Fetchify founder and first CEO) suggested a partnership, many years ago. I co-founded Fetchify with him and it’s been a roller-coaster ever since. I actually stepped back from the business a few years ago and invested in dog treat futures and campaigning for canine rights.
I now live on a lovely farm in the country.

Chief Morale Officer
I motivate and incentivise the team through the tactical use of treats like chocolate and cake. I
joined the team in 2019 and whilst the other dogs in the office can be a handful, we all get along
well and enjoy what we do. And who can ask for more than that?
Prior to working with Fetchify I was chasing sticks, rabbits and dreaming of a business career,
which I now have #Winning.
