Don't let PO Boxes mess with your deliveries

PO Boxes can be a real headache for ecommerce businesses. There are restrictions not only on the size of object they can accept, but many couriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD  and Parcelforce cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you don’t notice a PO Box address in time, it can mean failed deliveries and lost customers.

The latest update to our international address finder, the Address Auto-Complete API, allows you to stop customers from entering PO Box addresses at checkout. This can save businesses a lot of time and money in contacting customers post-checkout to get an alternative address.
